Excellent for quick, accurate and economical temperature profiling, this temperature monitoring system features the EasyTrack® data logger, thermal barrier and thermocouples, as well as temperature profiling software.

EasyTrack2 provides up to 6000 data points per channel for detailed thermal profiles. Its single page standard report is excellent for ISO 9000 validation and traceability of powder coating processes. In addition, EasyTrack2 can be used in high temperature PTFE Dacromet cure andwrinkle-free garment cure applications.

Designed with the operator in mind, EasyTrack Insight analysis software converts raw data into meaningful information quickly and easily. Insight software will allow you to confirm that your cure meets paint manufacturers’ specifications, make comparisons probe-to-probe, identify that the Datapaq® values fall within an acceptable tolerance range and evaluate process parameter changes. With a simple click of the mouse, you can print out a profile report that will satisfy all necessary regulatory requirements.

Designed for convenience and simple two-button operation, the EasyTrack2 data logger has an internal operating temperature up to 85°C/185°F and can be used repeatedly in harsh environments. Intelligent power management, non-volatile memory and auto power-down after use ensures that you get the most from your logger. Sampling interval from 0.5 seconds to 60 minutes and programmable start option with manual or automatic temperature trigger to suit your needs, add to the features that make this data logger a popular choice that is capable of withstanding the rigor of a busy shop floor environment.

The new generation EasyTrack2 thermal barrier is robust, yet lightweight and compact - 2.6 kg/5.7 lbs and only 111 mm/4.4“ high, and protects up to 2 hours at temperature of 200°C/392°F. Additional features include:

• 'Black box' insulation and phase change heat sink for dependable protection

• Probe wires can exit either end of the barrier

Thermocouple probes are an essential part of a Datapaq Oven Tracker system. They are placed at critical points on the product to give a clear profile of the temperature throughout the process. All Datapaq probes conform to the highest standards (ANSI MC 96.1 Special Limits of Error) and provide the most accurate data possible. Improved probe cables make them durable and flexible. The quad-wrapped, 10 strand 36 AWG (0.125mm), PTFE and metal braid coated probe cables last significantly longer than previous designs.

The probe is further improved by a stronger 'crimped' plug/cable attachment and a circular cable cross section to reduce kinking and twisting. The green color of the cable conforms to the IEC584 color standard for Type K thermocouples.
